Operation Our Place
Operation Our Place began as a dream by Ricky Spratlin, Owner of Relentless Whitetails in Tuskegee, AL Ricky and I met last spring and he shared with me his vision of paying it forward to handicapped and disabled veterans. He wanted to open his preserve up to let those who served and were injured in combat the opportunity to hunt once again on a platform that they could physically handle. Once he told me this, I just knew Flags for Vets needed to be involved. We began planning for our first hunt on opening day for Deer season this fall (2020).
The Preserve is located just north of Tuskegee on U.S. Hwy 29. It’s nearly 100 acres of beautiful wooded land, with an abundance of wildlife to include beautiful Whitetail deer. The hunts will take place on the preserve and will be supervised by experienced guides and hunters. All hunters will be housed and fed. Transportation to the preserve is the responsibility of the hunter. Once he/she arrives, we’ll take care of them from there.
An application to hunt will be posted on this website in the near future. Please continue to check back periodically.
